Ventura Foods’ branded and private-label foodservice products include salad oils, shortenings, margarine, butter and butter blends, pan coatings, liquid butter alternatives, mayonnaises, salad dressings, and more. The company also makes soup and flavor bases and concession items such as popcorn and popping oil under the LouAna brand. Its other brand names include Chef's Pride, Classic Gourmet, Dress-All, Gold-n-Sweet, Pride of Life, Sunburst, and SunGlow. The company is a joint venture between CHS and Mitsui & Co. that was formed in 1995.
