The Windsor Frozen Foods® Company, with headquarters in Houston, Texas, was formed in January 1996, after the acquisition of the frozen food companies formerly owned by the Keebler Company. Today Windsor Frozen Foods has five USDA approved manufacturing facilities and provide products to the foodservice, warehouse club, industrial and private-label retail industries.
