Today Synectics Group releases its third software upgrade this year to the popular Account Review closed-loop trade promotion management software application.   It is now available as of today for use in live production.  As always, this update is available at no incremental cost to all our clients, including those that we host and those that host the application in-house.   In addition to communication with our project management staff, release notes provide additional documentation.
  
This update includes a number of significant enhancements requested by our clients.  All of our clients have the opportunity to utilize this new software functionality if they choose.  Our clients also have the option to keep some of the new features turned off.  Features that have value to our client base are added to the Account Review application at no incremental cost to our clients.  General information regarding this update is available through communication with our project management staff.  Specific detailed documentation is available in the release notes provided with the update, and our “user-friendly” newsletter.

All clients benefit from every software update because Synectics Group’s go-to-market strategy for over 22 years has been to customize through configuration, not custom software code.  While this approach makes development of the software more complicated, this approach also pays huge on-going dividends to Synectics Group and to our clients.  One of the many benefits includes the easy upgrade to new releases of the Account Review software.  Upgrading all our clients to the latest version typically requires minimal effort for both Synectics and our client’s staff.
