Silvon’s Profit 2005 User Group Conference.
Alex
Ring will participate in Silvon’s
Profit 2005 User Group. Several Synectics
Group clients will attend this conference,
including guest speaker John Cirocco of
Sorrento Cheese.
During
this session, the Synectics Group will
be discussing
the rapidly changing
landscape of Trade Promotion Management
in the CPG sector. Presenter Alex Ring,
President & CEO
of the company, will address recent government
involvement including FASB, Sarbanes-Oxley
and SEC involvement
in
channel stuffing. In addition, he will
discuss the necessary components of a best-in-class
TPM closed-loop solution and address the
process for attaining a global closed-loop
system as defined by the Gartner Group.

this session, John Cirocco from Lactalis
American Group
(producer of the
Sorrento and other cheese product brands)
will discuss the company’s initiatives
to establish a collaborative demand management
environment for its regional sales managers,
distribution centers and
others in order to
ensure that the right products are delivered
to Sorrento’s customers in the right
quantities while maintaining good inventory “freshness
levels” and financial margins.

process, along with the scorecards and
real-time alerts that Lactalis American
Group is
now using to
gain complete visibility to forecast performance
exceptions, product availability by warehouse
location, and more!
