Account Review Administrator:
The Account Review Administrator (ARA) training
addresses the skills needed to provide the first
level of administrative support for Account Review
software and database installations at the client
location. Trainees will be able to handle basic
administration of the database, provide on-site
training and support of end users, and will work
with Synectics Group personnel in the resolution
of problems.
Level 1: Trainees will be able to create
and maintain user profiles, create data extracts
for remote users as required, and run various reports
within Account Review and Account Review Administrator
to validate the database's accuracy and integrity.
Level 2: Trainees will be able to perform
corporate administrative tasks for budgets, funds,
fiscal calendars, custom report date ranges, accrual
rates, syndicated data links, special group definitions,
price lists, and standard cost tables as well as
addressing the roles of the Synchronizer and Job
Scheduler.
Level 3: Trainees will be able to create
and maintain export definitions, increases familiarity
with the Synchronizer and Job Scheduler, and produces
sufficient knowledge to assist Synectics Group personnel
with DBA tasks. |
