Group staff is available to train your staff so that
they can train users on how to use the Account Review
software for trade promotion management. The following
describes our training methods if you choose to use
our experienced staff to conduct your training classes:
Training
Classes Synectics Group conducts many one or two-day
training classes, either at training facilities located
across the country or on-site at individual client
locations. These classes provide the opportunity for
students to learn and practice "hands-on"
applications under the watchful eye of experienced
Synectics Group trainers. Further, interaction between
the trainees and instructors on a broad variety of
related topics enhances this classroom experience.
User/Training
Manuals
Every Introduction to Account ReviewTM training session
is supplemented with a client-specific Account Review
User/Training Manual. These manuals detail in a step-by-step
manner the capabilities covered in class for each
module included in the Account Review training. Following
the training, the manual functions as a quick and
easy-to-use reference guide. Included at the back
of every manual is a section featuring key concepts
and sample reports and graphs.
On-Line
Web-based Training
On-line web-based training is a cost-efficient option
for simultaneously training users in disparate locations.
It is best suited either for refresher courses or
for training on individual modules within Account
Review. This training method allows all participants
to hear the trainer's instruction as they watch the
step-by-step process on their own computer screen.
The opportunity to ask questions and focus on areas
of specific interest makes this method extremely flexible
for both the trainer and the participants. An option
exists to have an individual trainee take over the
instructor's system in order to reinforce through
practice the procedures covered in the training. Successful
utilization of the on-line web-based training requires
some form of high-speed Internet access for best results.
